Behavioral Aides

We are seeking part-time behavioral aides to work in our after school socialization program for children with autism, located at school sites across San Diego County. Qualifications: Experience working with developmentally disabled children and/or a degree in a psychology related field. Groups involve 7-8 hour commitment per week and pay rates range from $10.50 -$12.00 per hour depending on experience and staffing ratio needed. $10.50 -$12.00/hr

Site Managers

Seeking Site Managers for our Socialization Training groups that meet on school sites during after school hours. Individual must have at least a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education, experience with autism and supervision of staff. Each group involves 7 hours of direct service time and 4-5 hours per week of administrative time. Pay rate ranges from $16-$20 per hour depending on educational level and experience. Opportunities to perform additional jobs such as evaluations and behavioral consultations with families in-home also are available as needed. Pre-doctoral and post-doctoral supervision is available. $16 - $20/hr
